• Drills that will help you serve, serve receive/ pass, set, attack, defend or block.
• Build confidence, positive headspace, respect teammates and opponents, good sportsmanship and hunger to compete and win.
• Game-like scenarios including team positioning, communication, court awareness & gameplay.
• Improve agility, speed, strength & balance.
• Run by experienced & certified volleyball coaches.
