Welcome to Sparrows Juniors

Sparrows Junior Program includes:

  • Learn volleyball fundamentals such as how to serve, serve receive/ pass, set, attack, defend and block.
  • Help students build confidence, positive headspace, respect teammates and opponents, good sportsmanship and hunger to compete and win.
  • Learn team positioning, communication, court awareness & gameplay.
  • Improve agility, speed, strength, balance & flexibility.
  • Run by experienced & certified volleyball coaches.

Exercise Guidelines & Better Health

Children & young people should have at least 60 minutes a day of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity.


Regular activity supports brain and heart development, bone strength, muscle control, balance and coordination, and helps to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Being active can improve sleep patterns, mental health, concentration, self-esteem and confidence.
