Frequently Asked Questions

To ensure that your package from Sparrows Volleyball is properly delivered and arrives within our advertised time frames, please ensure that your address is accurately entered, including all necessary details. It's crucial to use correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information if applicable to ensure timely delivery. Sparrows Volleyball cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is inaccurate or entered incorrectly during purchase.

We highly recommend using personal or business addresses over PO boxes. We also reserve the right to change carriers as needed.

Regarding shipping, we cannot issue refunds for items in transit, and we are not liable for delayed or lost packages due to customer errors in address input. Any errors in the delivery address may result in significant delays, and such orders are non-refundable.

Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to change the shipping address, so please double-check your details before confirming your order. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address or remains uncollected, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have it resent to the corrected address.

Sparrows Volleyball retains the right to amend and update our shipping policy at any time. For international shipments, the consignee/buyer authorises Sparrows Volleyball to import the goods on their behalf and agrees to pay any necessary taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from sparrowsvolleyball.com.au, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. 

Sparrows Volleyball currently only ships in Australia, with a delivery fee of $10. Orders over $200 gets free delivery. 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return for Sparrows Volleyball products, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.

Refunds may be issued for faulty or damaged Sparrows Volleyball products. However, please make your selections carefully as refunds are not provided for change of mind; instead, a store credit will be issued.

All returns for Sparrows Volleyball purchases will be refunded with store credit only. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition with unopened packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 21 days from the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returns. To begin the returns process, please email sparrowsvolleyballclub@gmail.com with your order number. Sparrows Volleyball reserves the right to reject returns that exceed the 21-day return period or items that do not meet the specified condition. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by Sparrows Volleyball. 

Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.

Damaged orders: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sparrowsvolleyballclub@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  To speed up the process, please include your order number in the email subject and send us a photo of your order so we can remedy the problem as soon as possible.
